You don't have to buy all those programs. It just continues to get better and in this iteration of the program, Creative Suite now includes the former Macromedia programs, Flash and Dreamweaver. InDesign CS1 was the one that followed that and that's where they created the concept of the Creative Suite - that's what the CS stands for - where they blended in with other programs in the Adobe portfolio, mainly Photoshop and Illustrator. I waited until Version 2 came out, which was a great program. It came out in 1999 with Version 1 and, to be honest, it was a little bit shaky then. InDesign is an absolutely wonderful program.
